muahai.org is a comparison and review site. We do not sell anything, we do not run accounts, and we ask for nothing about you in order to let you read a page. This notice covers the little data that does reach us and what we do with it.
The Data
Two sources, and no others. If you write to us at [email protected], we have your message and your address. If you simply read the site, our server and our analytics record the technical detail of the visit — IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, time spent, and where you arrived from — some of it stored in cookies on your device.
The Uses
We reply to messages. We read aggregate statistics to decide what to publish and what to correct. We keep the site secure and working. We check that referrals to the partners we feature are counted properly, because those referrals are how the site pays for itself. That is the complete list. We do not sell personal data, we do not run direct marketing, and we do not build profiles of individual readers.
Cookies and Third Parties
Essential cookies keep the site functioning and remember your choices; optional analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you allow them, and your browser can delete or block any of them at any time. Our hosting, analytics and affiliate providers process visit data for us under contract. Everyone else — including every company whose offer appears in our tables — is a separate operator with its own privacy policy that applies from the moment you follow their link.
Keeping and Protecting It
Logs are recycled within weeks, analytics is aggregated, and correspondence is deleted once the subject is closed. Connections are encrypted, software is kept current, and access is limited to the people who run the site. Data may be processed in the EU or the United States depending on the provider, with the transfer safeguards the law requires. Nobody can guarantee absolute security online, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Your Rights and Our Contact
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction or a deletion, object to a use, withdraw a consent, or — if you are covered by a US state privacy law — opt out of any sale or targeted-advertising sharing, which for us is a request already satisfied. EEA and UK readers may also complain to their national data protection authority. The site is for adults; we do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18.
